凝集体智慧 促专业成长——教师“一课三研”培训活动


       根据《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》要求,结合我园的阅读课程特色,我们开展以游戏为主的绘本活动“一课三研”培训。“一研”
       段组教师选择适合年龄特点的绘本内容,三名配班老师分别执教后,由年段长组织研讨,整合教育资源,反思课程目标,修改课程内容。

“二研”       各段结合“一研”的反思,再选派另外两位老师分别执教,比较课程的调整策略,在行政组与段组老师共同研讨下,创造出更适合幼儿游戏的策略。

“三研”
       各段最后选派一名骨干教师,根据一研、二研的推进,集众人智慧和个人专业素养,在全体教师中大胆呈现新课程,进行年段PK。

       从一研到三研,以游戏为主线逐层递进。研讨会上,老师们时而激情昂扬的争论,时而柔和细致的讲解,时而因一个突发新点子开怀大笑,时而针对某个问题“唇枪舌战”,不时爆发出阵阵欢乐的笑声和情不自禁的掌声,整个气氛热烈而温暖。“三研”后,杨园长进行梳理总结,剖析课程中的共性问题,为今后的绘本教学活动提出更高的要求。

最后以段组为单位,评出“最佳创意奖、最佳组织奖、最佳互动奖”,以资鼓励。

       “一课三研”的培训活动,营造了有利于教师成长的氛围,架起了教育理念与教育行为间的桥梁,教师们在共同分析、互相探讨、争辩和反思的过程中促进了专业的发展。正是有了一研的思、二研的创、三研的新,通过一次又一次的反思、创新、再反思,才让我们慢慢成长起来。
