Dingsheng Education and Beyond Education are two parts of an organization which is dedicated to children's language training. Based on complementary strengths, the two organizations formally merged to become Dingsheng·Beyond Education in 2009, with the headquarters located in Beijing. Dingsheng Education is responsible for expansion in the north; Beyond Multi Education is responsible for the expansion in the southern China market.

幼儿托班老师
岗位职责:
1.按学校要求完成日托班一日的保教任务。
2.积极学习和掌握魔奇幼教课程和认真做好一日活动的备课工作。
3.善于与家长沟通，能及时了解家长需求，并能有效地向家长反映宝宝在校情况。
4、配合校主管做相应的主题派对活动；
4.英语良好，有英文沟通能力者优先。

任职资格:
1、专科及以上学历,心理学、幼儿教育等相关专业;
2、具有幼教教学经验者优先考虑;
3、喜欢孩子具有亲和力;
4、熟悉幼儿宝宝,了解儿童心理;
5、具有一定的文艺表演能力,普通话标准,口齿伶俐;
6、热爱教育事业,工作积极主动、责任心强。
工作时间：周一至周五

幼少儿数学教师
岗位职责描述：
1.配合执行学校的招生工作；
2.做好开班准备工作，如：电话沟通、学员档案建立、学员入学检测等；
3.完成日常教学、教案编写、教具制作等工作；
4.完成4-5个班的班级教学工作；
5.完成班级日常家长和学员服务，如：家长沟通、学员成效提升、记录学员上课情况及学习状况等；
6.配合完成学校日常教研、教学活动及培训工作；
7.配合学校开展各项教学活动；
8.完成领导交办的其它工作。
任职资格要求：
1.学历本科及以上学历
2.年龄30岁以下
3.专业教育、师范类相关专业且有教师资格证书
4.工作经验在教育机构从事相关工作1年以上，有一定的教育工作经验者优先。
5.知识技能1.具备良好的教学、沟通及执行能力；
6.通晓儿童心理，善于激发学生的学习兴趣；
7.具有良好的展现能力；
8.熟练使用各种办公软件。
